SUBCONTRACTOR POSITIONS.
We are looking for like minded professionals to join the FSC. Our business is exclusive to Marks & Spencer plc and their supply chain, and our need to service both a European and Global supply base in a cost effective manner means that we would like to establish a global auditing expertise base across all food sectors.
Potential subcontractors would be expected to have knowledge of the brand status and quality standards requirements of Marks & Spencer. Ideally experience in a technical capacity in the M&S supply chain would be a significant benefit. FSC staff have at least 10 years experience in a relevant food sector(s).
The potential subcontractor would need to self fund training expenses in exchange for training by FSC to the required auditing standards, this would include shadow auditing against appropriate M&S Guidelines and Codes of Practice and an approval process to meet the required M&S auditing standards. All auditors are subject to approval by M&S.
